1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aura Headshots at getaura.studio ("Service"), operated by LS Tech EOOD, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Aura Headshots provides an AI-powered image generation service that creates professional headshots from user-uploaded photos. The Service allows users to upload selfies, generate free watermarked previews, and purchase high-resolution download packages.

3. User Conduct & Content

  • You must own the rights to any photos you upload or have permission to use them.
  • You agree not to upload explicit, offensive, or illegal content.
  • You agree not to use the Service to impersonate others without consent.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Pricing: Services are billed as one-time payments for specific packages (Starter or Pro).
  • Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of AI generation and digital goods, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If the AI output is demonstrably defective or unusable, we will issue a refund or regenerate your images.
  • Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Uploads: You retain all rights to the original photos you upload.

Generated Images (Purchased): Upon payment for a package, you are granted full commercial ownership rights to the high-resolution, watermark-free images generated for your order. See our Commercial License for details.

Preview Images: Free watermarked preview images are provided for personal evaluation only and may not be used commercially.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LS Tech EOOD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
